Leadership in Schools

Termly and six-week programmes delivered in partnership with secondary schools, mapped to pastoral and PSHE goals.

We specialise exclusively in young people aged 12 to 18. Everything we do, from group sizes to activities, is designed for this age range.
Yes. Every Lumicate mentor is fully DBS-checked and safeguarding-trained, and we operate a clear safeguarding policy we are happy to share with parents and schools.
We deliver in schools and community venues across High Wycombe and Buckinghamshire, run holiday camps at partner venues, and offer live online workshops for families across the UK.
Absolutely. We partner with secondary schools on termly and six-week programmes, and provide impact reporting for pastoral and senior leadership teams.
